Once I found out that I’ve lost my prescription lenses I filled a lost and found report. I received a mail specifying the steps to take to start the search for them. It cost me a small amount compare to the hassle to have to get a whole new pair of lenses. The team communicated with me to let me know they will be looking for my item, next day I had a phone call to let me know they have found a pair of glasses that fit the description, they ask for a photo to make sure they had the right item, the costumer service rep that spoke to me was more than pleasant and helpful all through the process of getting my lenses mail back to my home.
